On 6th April, we carried out a sensory impairment awareness training session with undergraduate tourism and hospitality students at Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield. The students learnt about sensory impairments and how to provide better, more accessible and inclusive customer service. They also looked at some good practice examples of accessible tourism products and learnt about the key principles of accessible product development.
