We just finished our third project meeting in Bruges, Flanders.
We discussed some of the previous actions taken:
- the focus groups with people with disabilities to gather the needs of an accessible restaurant (,
- the guided tours in which we gathered the needs of blind and deaf people of what an accessible guiding tour consists of,
- the contacts in the various pilot projects (the Beer Museum (Bruges), contacts with restaurants in Limburg (Flanders) and la Cuina d’Empordanet (Catalunya), restaurants and food farms in Yorkshire…)
- the first preparations of the training sessions
We planned the next part of the project. In the following months, we will analyse the contents of the focus groups and gather all necessary information needed for the training sessions.
